This data does not allow any direct conclusions to be made about your person and is not used by us to establish a connection to you.
We statistically evaluate this type of anonymous data in order to continuously optimise our offer, the technology of our website and data protection.

As a rule, personal data is automatically deleted after 14 days, unless another legal reason makes longer storage necessary.

Service providers

If we would like to use commissioned service providers for individual functions of our offer or use your data for other purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes in this data protection statement.

Cookies

We use what are known as cookies on our website. These are text files that are transferred from a server to the hard disk of your computer and remain there for the duration of the session or until erasure, depending on the type of cookie and the settings of your Internet browser, and through which we receive certain individualisation information.

Your system and usage information relating to the use of our website is stored in the cookies. Cookies can also contain a unique identifier that allows us and other website providers to differentiate your system from other systems and to recognise it when you visit again.

With these functions, we aim to guarantee and increase the user-friendliness and functionality of our website.

You can prevent or deactivate the use of cookies at any time using the appropriate settings in the Internet browser you are using. You can delete already stored cookies at any time. E-Mail / Contact Form

If you contact us by e-mail or contact form, we will process the data you provided in order to answer your questions. Insofar as the storage is no longer necessary, we delete the transmitted data or limit the processing. This is dependent on legal storage obligations.

Google Analytics

For our website we use Google Analytics, a tracking tool of Google, LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies" (see above under "cookies"), which are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your use of the website. The thus generated information about your use of our website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymization on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within Member States of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide further services associated with the website use and Internet use to the operator of the website. The IP address transmitted by your Internet browser in the context of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

The data sent and linked with cookies, user recognition (e.g. user ID) or advertising IDs will automatically be deleted after 14 months.  Data whose retention period has been reached is automatically deleted once a month. Further information on data protection can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Furthermore, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google and the processing of these data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Google AdWords

Our website uses Google AdWords with Google Conversion Tracking, a service of Google, LLC, Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"), see https://policies.google.com/privacy. If you have reached our website via an advertisement placed by Google, Google AdWords will place a cookie on your computer.

This enables us and Google to recognise that the user has clicked on the ad and was directed to that page. Cookies cannot be tracked through AdWords customer websites. After 30 days, these cookies lose their validity and are not used for personal identification. Conversion statistics tell customers the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were directed to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. The setting of a cookie can be rejected through browser settings. This can lead to functional limitations of the website.

YouTube

We use embedded YouTube videos on our website. YouTube is a service of YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA ("YouTube"). When you visit a page with an embedded YouTube video, a connection to YouTube servers is established.

This tells YouTube which pages you are visiting. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can also personally associate this information with you. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand. When a video is started, YouTube uses cookies (see "Cookies" above) to collect data about your user behavior. You can prevent this by blocking the storage of cookies in your Internet browser. Further information and data protection information can be found at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

Duration of Processing and Deletion

Your data will only be processed for as long as it is necessary for achieving the above-mentioned processing purposes; for this purpose, the legal bases indicated in the context of the processing purposes apply accordingly.

We delete or block personal data in accordance with the legal requirements after the expiry of one of the periods described above, if no period is specified, as soon as they are no longer required for the purposes mentioned herein or a legally prescribed storage period expires.

Data Transmission

We only pass on your personal data to third parties if:

  • you have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR,
  • this is legally permissible and, in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR, is necessary for the fulfilment of a contractual relationship with you or the implementation of pre-contractual measures,
  • under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) GDPR there is a legal obligation to pass on the data,
  • we are required by law to transmit data to state authorities, e.g. tax authorities, social insurance agencies, health insurance companies, supervisory authorities and law enforcement agencies,
  • the transmission is necessary in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR in order to safeguard legitimate company interests and to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, and if there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding protectable interest in the non-disclosure of your data,
  • in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, we use external service providers, so-called contract processors, who are obliged to handle your data with due care.

When transmitting data to external bodies in third countries, i.e. outside the EU, we ensure that these bodies will treat your personal data with the same care as they would within the EU.

The data will only be transferred to countries with respect to which the EU Commission has confirmed an adequate level of protection, or if we ensure the careful handling of personal data by means of contractual agreements and suitable guarantees.
